Little Sister

A man and a woman find themselves in a hotel suite. Their movements and actions seem to be followed and registered by security cameras from all available corners. Nevertheless, these cameras were not able to capture the puzzling incident which has taken place in the room. More like a voyeur than a spectator, we witness two characters who are exposed to an enigmatic atmosphere and a continually changing environment.

Director Clara van Gool’s latest movie ‘Little Sister’ is critically analyzing Big Brother’s bad conscious and showing a conflict between what you see, what you think you see and what you would like to see. Her former movies are often - often balancing on the border of dance and feature film- do not tell a story by using a dialogue, but present a narrative with movement, mise-en-scène and rhythm.
